The main objectives of CSL are focused primarily on lobbying as an activity and they include:

– regulation of lobbying activities in Croatia – legislation of lobbying;
– establishment of mandatory Register of lobbyists at the Croatian Parliament and Government;
– adoption of the Code of Ethics for the lobbying profession;
– promotion of lobbying as a legitimate activity in a democratic system;
– education and training of new professionals
